A note to suiciders

Sometimes even to live is an act of courage. – Lucius Annaeus Seneca

Suicide is not a bad thing per se. It is a worst case scenario, but it’s not evil. It’s a solution (one of the many), only for exceptional problems. And having this opportunity on your hands can give a person a lot of strength and is actually pretty soothing. However, in many cases, it’s also quite selfish. No one wants their loved ones to kill themselves (because it causes a lot of pain and is terrifying), so why do we think it’s okay to let them go through the same thing we’re so afraid of?

I believe that if a person decides on taking this step, the least he can do is to call his family right before, well, taking it. If he’s lucky enough, they could talk him out of it. If not, then at least he would have a chance to explain his motivation and wouldn’t leave his family in a stinging bewilderment. It would almost feel like talking to someone who’s already on the other side (a lot of people would pay a fortune for such opportunity).

Here are my personal notes that hold no value to anyone except me.
Are they somehow offending you? Did I say something wrong or miss something?
